Refund & Return Policy
At My Purry Friends, we hope you and your purry friend will enjoy your purchase. If for any reason, this is not the case, you have the possibility to return the item, following the specifications on this page.
REFUND & RETURN PROCESS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible to give further information.
- Return requests should be communicated within 10 days of receiving the order. If 10 days have gone by since the goods receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If an item is damaged, please send us photos of the item’s condition.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The product needs to be purchased at MyPurryFriends.com. Products bought from any other retailer online or offline will not be accepted.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please note our return policy does not include any edible cat treats, costumes, litter mats or grooming products, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
- Kindly note items on sale are not eligible for a return or refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- My Purry Friends has the right to refuse a refund if the conditions in this refund policy are not met.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
