All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services. All shipping services include tracking information.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier's tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.



Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Due to COVID-19 there have been exceptional delays.

It usually takes 7-21 business days to arrive in your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. My Purry Friends is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

NOTE: During the seasonal period (eg Halloween, Valentine's Day, Christmas and Easter) there might be some delay in the shipping process. During this period, please allow 7 extra business days for delivery. If an item has not been delivered within the approx. day stated above plus 7 extra days; please send us an email.



Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. If the customer’s country or region charges fees, the customer will have to bear the charges. The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region.

In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility in this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.

So far we have not yet had customers who need to pay extra for tax duty. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

My Purry Friends has a partnership with global merchants in order to always provide you with the best quality and prices. Our main partners are located in China, so most items will be packaged and shipped from this warehouse.
